According to psychologytoday.com, CBT "is a form of psychotherapy that treats problems and boosts happiness by modifying dysfunctional emotions, behaviors, and thoughts... CBT focuses on solutions, encouraging patients to challenge distorted cognitions and change destructive patterns of behavior."

In other words, CBT helps you think in new ways about old things. Dr. Hebbard is a master of breaking down CBT techniques into tips for everyday users. Learning these tips will add another "tool" in your organizing toolkit!

*It is important to note as organizers, we firmly understand that we are NOT qualified or licensed therapists or counselors. However, we believe learning techniques from those who are qualified and licensed therapists will help us better assist our clients.
